Balance, Strength & Stretch
Class description
On Mondays, we focus on strength. You’ll build physical power, enhancing arm and leg strength along with overall body resistance. On Tuesdays, we work on stretching to improve your flexibility and mobility. On Thursdays, we focus on balance, where you’ll experience inversions and arm balances, improving your stability and coordination.
