Class description

On Mondays​,​ we focus on strength. You’ll build physical power​,​ enhancing arm and leg strength along with overall body resistance. On Tuesdays​,​ we work on stretching to improve your flexibility and mobility. On Thursdays​,​ we focus on balance​,​ where you’ll experience inversions and arm balances​,​ improving your stability and coordination.
